Important information concerning changes to the exterior of your home.  

"The exterior of each and every residential dwelling within the community shall remain in the same condition, style, and architecture as originally constructed by the builder.  Any substantial construction, change, and/or renovation to the exterior of any residential dwelling shall be approved by the Board of Directors.  In addition, the same type roofing shall be used as originally installed.  This provision will not prohibit the maintenance and up-keep of an owner's dwelling."
